Election Management

There are several options for entering voters and candidates:

• Administrators will Manually enter voters and candidates.
• Voters and candidates enter their information themselves through a registration form, and the administrator will review and approve, reject, or amend it.
• Voters and candidates can be added into the database by us, if it is in the form of organized and audited excel lists and in any case, must be audited by the administrators after entering.

Manual, auto messages, and announcements / The feature of sending text messages (SMS):

• The elections system administrator can send a message to everyone with one click, and these notifications could be about announcing the election date or any other matters related to the election.
• Admin can send SMS messages to a specific group, available groups are voters who are authorized to vote, candidates only, or voters who have been excluded.
• The administrator can send a private message to each person through the button next to each voter or candidate.
• All outgoing messages are recorded in the database except for the login verification code, The system will record that the member received the access code and the time of receipt.
• Upon voting, auto SMS message will be sent to the voters when they vote to inform them that they have voted.

• Automatically system calculates the votes for each candidate.
• The administrators can view and download results and reports in the form of pdf files or excel or text file or print them.
• The system prepares a graph of the vote percentages among all the candidates.
